Seymourpowell is pleased to announce that design director David Fisher has been selected as a judge of three prestigious award ceremonies this year: the 2011 D&AD Awards and D&AD student awards, as well as the kbb Innovation Awards.
2011 D&AD Awards: Product Design category

Seymourpowell design director David Fisher has been selected as jury foreman of the Product Design category at this years prestigious D&AD Awards. David will be joined by the following fellow judges:

2011 D&AD Awards: Student design awards
David will also act as an ambassador for the Product Design jury at this years D&AD student awards competition. The winning student’s work will be featured on the winners section of the D&AD website viewed by over 10,000 creatives a month and will then go on to be featured in the online archive. In addition, the winner will also receive a week’s work placement with Seymourpowell.
All nominated work will be featured in the book of nominations and promoted extensively to the industry all around the world. All prizewinners have the right to use an exclusive D&AD Pencil Mark after their name. Finally, if they succeed in hooking one of the top prizes they will receive the coveted Student Yellow Pencil along with all that goes with it.

kbb Innovation Awards
David Fisher will also be judging the kbb Innovation awards at the London Excel Centre in May later this year. David joins fellow judges Robin Levien, product designer and founder of Studio Levien, and Designer Magazine editor, Martin Allen-Smith.
The KBB London Innovation Awards recognise outstanding product innovation in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and tile industries. The judges will select 20 finalists who will then be given an exclusive opportunity to showcase their product at kbb London within the Innovation Centre. Winners will be presented their award at the show on Monday 16th May 2011.
