“Cold…warmer…getting warmer…and the riddle is revealed…”

Back in November 2011, we announced our involvement in the Big Egg Hunt – an event being hosted in London on Tuesday 21st February involving 200 uniquely crafted eggs created by leading artists, designers, architects and jewellers.
Seymourpowell’s two-and-a-half foot fibre glass egg is coated in thermochromic aubergine paint that when heated up to 22°C, turns white to reveal hand written messages underneath. Viewers can place their hands onto the egg or even throw a cup of warm water over the surface to reveal the hidden messages. As soon as the egg drops below 22°C, it will return to its original aubergine colour.
Those who search hard enough will find a hidden message containing a riddle.
The Egg Hunt kicks off on Shrove Tuesday – 21st February! You’d be sorry to miss it, with egg designs from the likes of Vivienne Westwood, Faberge, Diane von Furstenburg and of course, Seymourpowell
